Dear Sir/Madam,

Good day!

I would like to apply for a Schengen visa for my intended visit to Hungary

and other countries within the Schengen Area from Budapest - Hungary, Prague – Czech Republic

and Krakow – Poland.

I am applying through your embassy because I will be staying in Hungary the longest.

My 12 days in the Schengen Zone, Six days (6) will be in Budapest. My entry point and first stop

is Budapest on October 1, 2018.

The main purpose of my travel is tourism. Over the past 10 years, I have visited many

countries including Japan, Cambodia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.

 I also have visited Schengen Area – Western/Central Europe last year December 2017 for another holiday,

I have visited France, The Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Switzerland.  

This time, I would love to see Eastern Europe. I’ve always been fascinated by

the European culture, architecture, history, and FOOD!

I’m excited to explore more around Europe, do backpacking on autumn season.

Please find attached a detailed itinerary of my intended 13-day stay, along with the accomplished visa form, hotel reservations, and other requirements.

1 . Visa application form, duly dated and signed with phot

2. Original and Photocopy of my old passport showing my travel experience includes the stamps, visas and work visa permit

3. Original and Photocopy  of New passport and my work visa permit

4.Copy of Confirmed Flight Ticket  (round trip via British Airways)

5.Copy of Hotel Reservations in Budapest, Prague and Krakow  with the receipts via booking.com and confirmed dates.

6. Copy  of Proof of Income: 3 months payslip  3 months transaction history and statement of account from Maybank.

7. Original copy of Proof of employment: letter of absence including the dates signed by my Manager and Certificate of Employment.

8. Original copy of Travel Insurance covering all the Schengen countries

9. 12 days Itinerary
